I purchased two of these active adapters for my Nvidia Quadro Video card but only one of these adapters can be installed on to one the video card display ports. But overall I am happy with this purchase.

Most likely you will need to update your drivers on your computer. One link you can use to update your display link driver is this one. If that doesn't work, look up displayport drivers for your specific computer make and model. https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads
